Order Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure efficient handling and dispatch.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and not used for cooking
• The item must be in original condition
• All packaging and included accessories must be returned
• The item must not show signs of damage or misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Return Approval

All returns require prior approval.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
